Task List

Incomplete Tasks

A list of current tasks assigned to the user that have not yet been completed is displayed in the Incomplete Tasks area on the Homepage.

You can open a task card by double-clicking any task displayed in the list.

All Tasks

The Tasks List allows users to view all their tasks as well as tasks assigned to their subordinates.

Open the Tasks List

  1. Navigate to Workflow Settings → Tasks.

Completed tasks are marked with a green check mark and have the status Completed in the Status column.

Filter the Tasks List

Three filters are available by default:

  • Budget Process
  • User
  • Task Status

User Filter

The User parameter is automatically filled with the current user.

Additional subordinate users can be added.

  1. Click the selection button in the User field.
  2. Select one or more subordinate users in the standard selection window.

Budget Process Filter

Use the Budget Process filter to display tasks related to a specific budget process.

  1. Click the selection button in the Budget Process field.
  2. Select the required budget process.

To display tasks for all budget processes, leave the field empty.

Task Status Filter

Use the Task Status filter to display tasks in a specific status.

Available statuses:

  • In Progress
  • Pending
  • Completed

To display tasks regardless of status, leave the field empty.

Additional Filters

Additional filtering options are available.

  1. Click the Filters button in the Tasks window.
