Reallocations Overview
The System provides opportunity for batch reallocation of data within one budget form and scenario by simultaneous increasing the recipient and reducing the source.
Also, for each reallocation a specific approval route can be set (optional).
Reallocation Documents
To manage Reallocation documents, go through:
Quick menu → Reallocation
A list of all existing documents will be displayed.

The list contains the following basic information for each reallocation document:
| Column | Description |

| Date | Date of creation current reallocation document |
| Number | Number of current reallocation document |
| Form | Budget form where reallocation data is or will be posted |
| Scenario | Scenario where reallocation data is or will be posted |
| Budget indicator | Budget indicator where reallocation data is or will be posted |
| Status | Current status of reallocation |
| Approvers | The list of approvers for current reallocation document |
| Author | The user created current reallocation document |
Managing Reallocation Documents
Managing elements in the list can be performed using the following commands in the toolbar or in context menu:
| Command | Description |
|---|---|
| Create new list item | Create new reallocation document |
| Create a new item by copying the current one | Copy the reallocation document for further editing |
| Edit the current item | Open the document for editing (same as double-clicking the element) |
| Mark / Unmark for deletion | Mark document for subsequent deletion (you can cancel the operation by pressing the same button until the document is completely deleted by the administrator) |
| Refresh current list | Refresh the list to display changes made in another system windows |
| Search / Cancel search | Set filters for the documents list |
| Configure list | Additional settings to documents list such as filtering, grouping, conditional appearance |
| Output list | Export a list of elements to a text or spreadsheet document |
Create a Reallocation Document
- Click Create new list item.
- A new reallocation document will be created.
- The Reallocation settings window will open.
Copy a Reallocation Document
- Select an existing reallocation document.
- Click Create a new item by copying the current one.
You can duplicate a document with any status.
When duplicating:
- the status of the new document is set to Draft;
- the initial approval route is reset.
Open a Reallocation Document
To open an existing document:
- Double-click the document in the list;
or
- Select the document and click Edit (or open) current item in the toolbar.
The Reallocation settings window will open.
