Calculations

Data is calculated using pre-configured calculation rules. Recalculation is not performed automatically when source data changes. To run calculations, click the Calculate Data button.

Entered or modified data must be saved before calculation.

There are two ways to calculate data:

  • Inside a particular Input Form — allows calculated data to be viewed immediately without exiting and reopening the form. Calculation may take up to 35 seconds depending on the number of dimensions, items, and especially the number of displayed periods.
  • Batch Data Calculation — allows calculation of one or more forms without opening them.

Input Form Data Calculation

The system provides the ability to calculate data within an Input Form.

How to

  1. Load an Input Form layout that includes calculated items.
  2. Click the Calculate Data button.

[!NOTE] To calculate data, you need access rights to all Input Form dimensions.

Batch Data Calculation

The system provides the ability to calculate data in one or more Input Forms without opening the forms themselves.

Open the calculation window through:

Quick menu → Calculate Data

Configure Calculation Parameters

Fill in the following fields:

Field Description
Time interval Interval for which data needs to be recalculated (for example, 2025)
Scenarios Scenario for which items should be recalculated
Entity Entity for calculation
Departments Optional. Specify if data should be calculated only for selected departments

Run Calculation

  1. In the table below, select the forms that need to be recalculated.
  2. Click the Calculate button.
  3. Monitor progress on the Calculation Log tab.

After calculation is completed, the system displays a confirmation message.
