Comparative Report allows you to compare two different versions of data in the system, and each version can be based on any combination of dimensions entered into the System.
The report is displayed in the Reports area on the user's Homepage.

Report Filters
You can set filters for any dimension or attribute allocated to Filters, Rows, or Columns.
The system provides the capability to select specific elements or folders to be displayed in the Comparative Report.
Set Dimension to Compare
[!NOTE] If a dimension is selected as a comparison parameter, different filters must be specified in both Basic Version and Version to Compare columns.
[!NOTE] If a dimension is not selected as a comparison parameter, the elements for Version to Compare are automatically filled using the values from Basic Version and cannot be edited.
[!NOTE] If a dimension was initially selected for comparison and different filters were configured, but the comparison flag is later removed, the values in Version to Compare are automatically reset to match Basic Version.
How to:
- Select at least one dimension to use as a comparison parameter.
- Configure dimension elements separately for:
- Basic Version
- Version to Compare

Notes
[!NOTE] Selecting specific elements or folders is optional for all dimensions located in Filters, Rows, and Columns.

[!NOTE] If a dimension remains in Available sections, the report displays aggregated data for all elements of that dimension.

Managing Report Layouts
The standard Layout Management System is used for maintaining Comparative Report layouts.
When a Comparative Report is opened for the first time, one of the following layouts can be loaded:
Global Default Layout
A layout previously configured as the global default.
Users can use it as is or modify it.
Blank Layout
Displayed when no default layout has been configured.
In this case, the report structure must be configured before generating the report.
Users can define any previously saved layout as the default layout for future use.
For details about layout management, refer to the Layout Management System documentation.
