Working with Reallocation Lines
Recipient and Source sections contain the reallocation lines that define which values will be increased or decreased during posting.
The set of available dimensions depends on the budget form selected in the document.
Manage Lines Manually
Add a Line
To add a new line:
- Open the required section (Recipient or Source).
- Click Add new item.
- Fill in the required dimensions and amount.
- Save the line.

The line editor contains all dimensions available in the selected form and a value field that defines the reallocation amount.
Edit a Line
To edit an existing line:
- Select the line.
- Click Edit current item.
or
- Double-click the line.
Modify the required values and save the changes.
Delete a Line
To delete a line:
- Select the line.
- Click Delete current item.
The selected line will be removed from the section.
Move a Line
To change line order:
- Select the required line.
- Click Move up or Move down.
Lines can also be sorted using the currently selected column.
Populate with Data
The system can automatically create Recipient or Source lines using data already available in the selected form.
Populate Source
To populate Source lines:
- Open the Source section.
- Click Populate with data.
- Configure selection parameters.
- Confirm the operation.
Populate Recipient
To populate Recipient lines:
- Open the Recipient section.
- Click Populate with data.
- Configure selection parameters.
- Confirm the operation.

The populate operation allows the system to automatically create reallocation lines based on existing form data.
Available parameters determine which records should be selected from the form.
Depending on the selected dimensions, only matching data will be included in the generated lines.
[!NOTE] Existing lines are not automatically replaced. Review the generated lines before posting the reallocation document.
Duplicate From
The system can automatically copy lines from one section into another.
This functionality is available through the Duplicate From command.
Duplicate Source to Recipient
To copy Source lines into Recipient:
- Open the Recipient section.
- Click Duplicate From Source.
- Confirm the operation.
All Source lines will be copied to Recipient.
Duplicate Recipient to Source
To copy Recipient lines into Source:
- Open the Source section.
- Click Duplicate From Recipient.
- Confirm the operation.
All Recipient lines will be copied to Source.

This operation can be used as a starting point when both sections contain similar dimension combinations and only values or selected dimensions need further adjustment.
[!NOTE] Duplicating lines creates new records in the target section and does not establish a link between the original and copied lines.
[!NOTE] After duplication, the copied lines can be edited independently from the source lines.
