System Menu
The system menu includes the following sections:
Quick Menu
Contains the main features that users need while working with the system during the budget process.
This includes both unique functions (such as data calculation) and shortcuts to functions from other sections that may become relevant during the user’s work.
Model Settings
Contains tools for:
- configuring the budget model;
- configuring forms;
- configuring indicators;
- configuring calculation rules;
- managing catalogs and dimensions;
- copying the budget model;
- uploading and downloading the budget model.
Workflow Settings
Contains:
- workflow settings;
- workflow tasks;
- tools for creating and assigning tasks;
- registers and reports required for workflow management.
Reports
Contains:
- all report types available in the system;
- tools for report customization.
Import
Contains tools for configuring integration rules with:
- the accounting database;
- other 1C-based systems.
Administration
Contains tools for:
- user management;
- user rights management.
Standard Commands
NeoPlan uses standard 1C commands for managing most lists described throughout this documentation.
These commands can be activated using toolbar buttons or the context menu.
| Command | Description |
|---|---|
| Create new list item | Add a new element to the list. |
| Create new group | Add a new folder (available only for dimensions with hierarchy). |
| Create a new item by copying the current one | Create a copy of the selected element for further editing. |
| Edit the current item | Open the selected item for editing. This is equivalent to double-clicking the element. |
| Mark / Unmark for deletion | Mark an item for subsequent deletion. The operation can be cancelled until the item is permanently deleted by an administrator. |
| Refresh current list | Refresh the list to display changes made in other system windows. |
| Search / Cancel search | Apply or remove filters for the list. |
| Configure list | Configure additional list settings such as filtering, grouping, and conditional appearance. |
| Output list | Export the list to a text or spreadsheet document. |
Some lists use additional commands specific to NeoPlan. These commands are described in the relevant sections of this documentation.
Opening an Element Card
How to Open an Element Card
- Click the Open button at the end of the field.

Or:
- Open the context menu.
- Select the command used to open the element card.
This method can also be used when an Open button is not available at the end of the field.
