Task Actions

Task Window

The task card allows users to perform actions related to a workflow task and review task details.

Users can:

  1. View the main task parameters:
  2. task subject (scenario, time periods, form, entity);
  3. deadlines;
  4. predecessors.
  5. Open the Input Form associated with the task.
  6. View task status information:
  7. who assigned the task;
  8. when it was assigned;
  9. who completed the task;
  10. when it was completed.
  11. Review predecessor tasks and their statuses.

Go to Input Form

To start working with the Input Form associated with a task:

  1. Open the task card.
  2. Click the Go to input form link.

The system opens the previously configured layout corresponding to the selected task.

To begin data entry:

  1. Click the Data Entry button.

Submit Data

After completing work in the Input Form:

  1. Return to the task card.
  2. Click Submit.

[!NOTE] After a data entry task is submitted, the corresponding Input Form cells become unavailable for editing.

Approve Data

After the predecessor task has been submitted and data is ready for review:

  1. Open the task card.
  2. Click Approve.

The task is marked as approved and the workflow continues according to the configured process.

Decline Data

Users can decline predecessor tasks when submitted data requires correction.

How to Decline a Task

  1. In the Predecessors section, select the checkbox next to the required task.
  2. Click Decline.

A comment entry window opens.

  1. Enter a comment explaining the reason for rejection.
  2. Click OK.

As a result:

  • The data entry task is returned to the responsible user.
  • The task appears again on the user Homepage.
  • Input Form cells become available for editing.

[!NOTE] The current task can be declined through the subsequent task card when a task relationship is configured.
