Report Designer
The Report Designer can be launched from the Reports menu section.

The Report Designer can also be launched by clicking the name of the Reports area on the Homepage.

A window containing a list of all configured reports opens.

Click the "+" sign next to a report name to display all saved parameters and report copies.
Each report contains two sections:
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Saved Settings | Contains previously saved report parameters. When generated, it allows you to get the latest data from the system. |
| Saved Reports | Contains data as of the time of report saving and is available for viewing without editing. It allows you to save and store data for a specific time and date. |
Generating a Report
There are two ways to generate a report.
Through the Saved Setting
How to
- In the Saved Settings section of the required report, select a previously saved report setting and double-click it.
- In the window that opens, verify the report parameters and, if necessary, fill in any empty parameters.
- Click the Generate button.
Through an Empty Setting
How to
- Open the report by double-clicking its name.
- The report window opens with all report parameters blank.
- Fill in the required parameters:
- Time interval
- Scenario
- Entity
- Only one dimension value can be selected in each field.
- All other parameters can be left empty. In this case, the report displays aggregated data for all parameter elements.
- Click the Generate button.

As a result, a report is generated.
You can also:
- Save the current settings for future use.
- Save a copy of the report containing the current data.
Saving Report Settings
Users can save report settings either as global settings (visible to all users) or as personal settings.
How to
- Open the report by double-clicking its name.
- Fill in the required parameters.
- Check or clear the Global checkbox.
- Edit the setting name.
- Click the Save settings button.
The saved setting appears in the Saved Settings section of the report.
For quick access to personal settings, a setting can be displayed on the Homepage. To do this:
- Select the required setting.
- Click the Show/Hide at the Homepage button.

[!NOTE] If you open an existing saved setting, modify it, and save it again (even with a different name), the original setting is overwritten.
[!NOTE] If a setting is displayed on the Homepage:
- A local setting is visible only to the current user.
- A global setting is visible to all system users.
Saving Report Copy
After a report is generated, a copy of the report containing data for the current date and time can be saved.
How to
- Open the report using either a saved setting or an empty setting.
- Fill in the required parameters.
- Generate the report.
- Check or clear the Global checkbox.
- Edit the report copy name.
- Click the Save current button.
The saved copy is displayed in the Saved Reports section of the report.
[!NOTE] A previously generated and saved report copy cannot be regenerated.
[!NOTE] If a report copy is configured to be displayed on the Homepage and the copy is global, it becomes visible to all system users. Be careful when using this option, as users may gain access to the data stored in the report copy.
