User Homepage
The Homepage is the main workspace for accessing the functionality required during the budget process.
It provides access to the key elements used in the budgeting workflow on a single screen:
- Input forms
- Reports
- Workflow performance information
- User tasks

The Homepage is divided into four areas:

Forms
The Forms area displays all forms available to the current user.

The title of the Forms area is a link to the Forms Designer, which is used to configure:
- Input forms
- Indicators
- Form settings that define how data is entered
Open an Input Form
- Locate the required form in the Forms area.
- Double-click the form name.
Reports
The Reports area contains links to the main reports available in the system.
For convenience, reports can be filtered by type.
Available Report Types

The title of the Reports area is a link to the Report Designer, which is used to configure custom report layouts.
A more detailed description of reports is provided in the reporting section of this documentation.
Open a Report
- Locate the required report in the Reports area.
- Double-click the report name.
Workflow Performance Dashboard
The Workflow Performance Dashboard displays information about the current state of a budget process.
Charts are updated automatically whenever the system starts.
Refresh Dashboard Data
- Right-click the chart.
- Select Refresh.

By default, the Homepage displays information for the active budget process.
If multiple budget processes are active, the process with the earliest start date is displayed.
The dashboard allows users to monitor the completion progress of their own tasks and the tasks of subordinate users.
Pie Chart
The pie chart displays summarized information about completed tasks for the current user and subordinate users.
It shows the percentage of fully completed tasks at the current moment.

Budget Process Histogram
The histogram provides more detailed information about budget process progress.
- Baseline shows what should be completed by the current date.
- If no baseline data is displayed, no task is expected to be completed by today.
- Actual shows what has already been completed.

Incomplete Tasks
The Incomplete Tasks area displays tasks assigned to the current user that have not yet been completed.
Completed tasks remain available in the Tasks section but are not displayed in this area.

Task Categories
| Task Type | Description |

| Active Tasks | Tasks with status In Progress |
| Future Tasks | Tasks with status Pending (gray background) |
| Overdue Tasks | Tasks with a due date earlier than the current date (red font) |
The title of the Incomplete Tasks area is a link to the Tasks section, where users can view all their own tasks and the tasks of subordinate users.
Open a Task
- Locate the required task in the Incomplete Tasks area.
- Double-click the task.
